Our cardamom oil is produced using top quality crushed fruits obtained from the Elettaria cardamom herb that grows to a height of three meters with small yellow, violet tipped flowers and small fruits, that contain the seeds used to make the essential oil.
It is used as an alternative to the spice, for flavoring a wide range of processed and frozen food, condiments, gelatins, and beverages. It is also used to a minor extent in tobacco flavoring, and in cosmetics, soaps, lotions and perfumes.
The warming properties of the oil also make it useful in massage formulas. The aroma is uplifting, invigorating, and refreshing.
For each batch, we provide technical documents (Technical and Safety Data Sheet) which are updated regularly according to the changing regulatory environment. After distillation, our oils are systematically subject to a control quality in our laboratory.
We carry out an analytical and olfatory control for each batch produced, and count with a GC allowing it to carry out an analytical control of its different lots.
Olfatory control of each batch is carried out by our team with the support of a raw material specialist, ensuring a consistent and durable premium quality for our clients.
Our objective is to source the majority of our supplies directly from the farmers. This ensures the best price for the consumer while avoiding the middleman and adding greater value for each farmer and family.
We work with identified farmers, ensuring traceability and sustainability of our products.
Product pricing is individually determined based on current market conditions, which may fluctuate daily. Prices are subject to our final confirmation.
We sell against representative quality samples. Normally the Guatemalan Harvest runs from September through August.
